These Terms and Conditions of Use of the online store www.sonetica.md apply to orders for the purchase of goods/services offered by Sonetica SRL through the website www.sonetica.md.
Before using the site, we recommend that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.
1. General Provisions
This website is owned by Sonetica SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or the provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions) presented below.
Use of the website www.sonetica.md implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Sonetica SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is established on the basis of Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and other regulations adopted in accordance with it.
The seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and the buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.
2. Personal Data Protection
By using the website www.sonetica.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for the processing/confirmation/fulfillment of orders.
Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you have ordered, advertising promotions, Google analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletter.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information on the website. Data transmission over the Internet or wireless network cannot be completely secure. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, so the Buyer will do so at their own risk.
3. Order Placement and Payment
Orders can be paid for by credit card. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a tax receipt confirming payment.
Online payments are made under maximum security conditions using a credit card as a payment instrument, which allows online transactions to be carried out. After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to buyer authentication in secure online transactions. This security measure includes redirecting the user when making a payment to a secure maib page, where each cardholder is authenticated by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.
Refunds are only made to the payment card used for the purchase.
To pay, you will need to enter your bank card details. This information is transmitted in compliance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and stored only on a specialized payment system server.
The following details will be requested to complete the payment:
- Card number (16 digits)
- Expiration date (month and year)
- First and last name on the payment card
- CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
All payments are processed in the national currency – MDL (Moldovan lei). If the currency of the transaction differs from the currency of payment, the transaction amount will be converted at the card transaction rate on the settlement date of the issuing bank.
4. Delivery of Products / Goods / Services
After placing an order, the buyer is provided with information about the estimated date of delivery by couriers/delivery service.
Delivery within the Chisinau region is carried out within 24 hours from the moment the order is confirmed by our operators. Delivery is carried out from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is free for orders of at least 50 MDL; for orders of a lower value, delivery is charged at 25 MDL (which will be included in the total amount of the transaction/order).
Delivery within the Republic of Moldova is carried out within 3 days from the moment the order is confirmed by our operators. Delivery is carried out from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is free for orders of at least 100 MDL; for orders of less than this amount, delivery costs 100 MDL (which will be included in the total amount of the transaction/order).
There are no deliveries on Sundays or national holidays.
Delivery times may be extended in certain cases (e.g., adverse weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you if we encounter any of the above situations.
You can choose any delivery address—home, office, or any other address—at no additional cost. We only accept one delivery address per order. If you need to deliver your order to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Upon receipt of the product, check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of a tax receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims on these issues will not be accepted.
5. Returns
According to Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on consumer protection, the buyer has the right to return goods purchased for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of payment. Funds are returned to the card used to make the purchase.
Technically complex goods – electronics, household appliances after use, custom-made goods – are not subject to exchange or return, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to Government Decree No. 1465 of December 8, 2003 (MO248-253/ 19.12.2003) as amended by Government Decree No. 1188 of 11.02.2007 (MO175/ 11.09.2007).

6. Privacy Policy
In accordance with the provisions of Act No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith on the basis of and in accordance with legal regulations. Personal data is processed by mixed means (automatic and manual) in compliance with the requirements of the law and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of data subjects.
The provider collects and processes only personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: first name, last name, telephone number, address, postal address.
Personal data is used solely for the purposes of website administration, to provide access to information, in particular, to deliver orders or to contact the consumer for the purpose of delivery. Thanks to this information, users and consumers are aware that their personal data (first name, last name, telephone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers that is provided when viewing, using, and registering on the website www.sonetica.md.
The Provider will not disclose any available data to third parties without the consent of the data subjects, nor will it trade, exchange, or disclose this data to other persons, except as provided for by applicable law (at the request of state authorities, legal entities, courts, and other entities authorized to process personal data).
Personal data may be processed and used by the Provider for statistical purposes and further promotion.
The service provider complies with personal data security requirements and ensures the protection of consumer data and protects it from loss, destruction, distortion/falsification, or disclosure to third parties.

The customer is responsible for independently verifying essential product characteristics before purchase, including compatibility, technical parameters and other important details. The store is not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of outdated or incorrect information published on the website.
