JTS CS-1CH is a Chairman Unit that combines desktop gooseneck microphone with ring “On” indicator, loudspeaker, Talk and Priority push buttons. It is a part of JTS CS-1 Conference system.
A CS-1 i-Conference Discussion System consists of:
- One Control and power supply unit JTS CS-1CU
- Maximum 50 delegate or chairman units JTS CS-1DU
- Optional: Peripheral audio and/or telecommunication equipment
The system doesn’t need a sound mixer or loudspeaker system, as every delegate and chairman unit contains loudspeaker.
Once system installed and connected, the attendants of a meeting can participate in a discussion by pressing the button and speaking through a microphone. Other participants of the meeting will hear the speaking attendant through the loudspeakers in their microphone unit.
The chairman unit not only provides the same function as the delegate unit, but also supports the addition of a “Priority button”, that enables the chairman to control the discussion by temporary or permanently overriding and deactivating all active microphones of the delegate units.
The following modes can be configured:
- Open Mode: chose the simultaneously user number (1 to 4 delegates)
- Time Mode
- Override Mode: the system only allows one delegate unit be activated.
- Chairman only mode allows only chairman units be activated.
