Description
The Neutrik NMJ6HC-S is a high-quality 6.35 mm (1/4″) stereo jack connector featuring switching contacts and a chrome ferrule. It is designed for panel mounting and includes standard solder lugs for secure wiring. The connector supports stereo A-gauge plugs according to EIA RS-453 standards and is widely used in audio equipment, patch panels, and instrument interfaces.
Its wide-body design and retention spring ensure stable mating and long-term durability, rated for over 10,000 mating cycles. The NMJ6HC-S offers low contact resistance (<15 mΩ), high insulation resistance (≥1 GΩ @ 500 V DC), and a dielectric strength of 1 kV DC. It handles up to 3 A per contact and 0.5 A for switch contacts, making it suitable for both signal and low-power routing.
