Description
The Neutrik NP2XL is a 2-pole 1/4” professional phone plug, also known as a jumboPLUG, designed for thick instrument and loudspeaker cables with up to a 10 mm cable O.D. It features an ergonomic diecast shell, proven chuck type strain relief for reliable cable retention, and precision machined one-piece contacts to prevent the tip contact from hooking up or breaking off. The termination style is solder, it has a nickel contact plating, a voltage rating of < 50 V, and a straight orientation. It is a male connector with 2 positions and a cable mounting style, conforming to IEC 60603-11 / EIA RS-453 standards. It has a lifetime of > 1000 mating cycles and operates within a temperature range of -20 °C to +65 °C.
