The Rean NYS221 is a 1/4″ stereo (TRS) phone jack designed for thick panels, guitar bodies, and similar applications, featuring a special designed head for a guitar strap. It is a 3-pole, non-switched jack with a long-threaded bushing, washer, and nut, and full metal housing with a Nickel finish.
